Stefanie Glenn

Stefanie Glenn, owner of Wellness Continuum, LLC, is now a proud member of the ÉLAN Medical Aesthetics Team. Stefanie is a dual board-certified adult primary and acute care nurse practitioner (NP). She embarked on her aesthetic journey in 2018. Initially drawn to the medical benefits of neurotoxins for treating migraines, teeth clenching, muscle tension, and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), she discovered a passion for their aesthetic applications and a way to combine her clinical expertise and artistic side to help patients achieve their personal goals with understated aesthetic results and highly effective medical treatments.

Since 2018, Stefanie has continued to pursue extensive, hands-on training in multiple treatment modalities, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling procedures utilizing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or short pulse radiofrequency for scalp, face, neck décolleté rejuvenation, scar and stretch mark reduction, biostimulators, medical grade skincare techniques, and Kybella. Additionally, she is recognized as an International Hyperhidrosis Society-educated provider. She is known for providing impactful treatments, meeting people wherever they are, and partnering with them for years on their aesthetic and wellness journeys.

Stefanie is a dedicated public servant at her core, proudly wearing the uniform as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. She has been a nurse since 1997, earned her first Master’s Degree as an Adult Primary Care NP in 2002, a post-master’s preparing her as an Adult Acute Care NP in 2004, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018. She has been practicing hospitalist medicine in the Johns Hopkins Health System since 2003. Her vast body of work throughout her career and commitment to the NP profession earned her the designation of Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (FAANP).

On a personal note, Stefanie is from Long Island, NY, and shares her classic New Yorker energy wherever she goes. Married for over 25 years, she is the proud mother of three and a rescue hound named Dixie. As she balances her career and family life, Stefanie’s warmth, humor, and dedication shine through in all her endeavors.
