Clara Swarup

Clara was raised in San Cayetano, Cundinamarca, Colombia – a country well known for its intense focus on beauty enhancements (surgical and nonsurgical) and relocated to the US in 2000. She has worked as an IV Infusion and Cosmetic Injectables RN for ÉLAN Elements of Health LLC, since 2022 and is now a proud member of the ÉLAN Medical Aesthetics team.

Clara obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Degree (DNP) through the University of Maryland (2024) and is a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and spent the last 16 years of her career as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse.

Clara became certified in Neurotoxins, chemical peels, and microneedling with Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in 2021 and now offers medical grade facials, hair and scalp rejuvenation and SRF Microneedling. Keeping to her Colombian roots in beauty enhancements, Clara believes in the philosophy of aging gracefully with style. She has a passion for focusing on gentle, natural appearing results that provide subtle but impactful results allowing for men and women to feel and look their best. She understands the correlation between mind body-spirit and is looking forward to growing with the ÉLAN Medical Aesthetics team as it continues to evolve, and new branches and service lines are extended to help the community in a multi-modal approach.

Outside of her busy career track, Clara is a devoted wife and mother to two active boys aged 12 and 13. She enjoys reading, nature walks, meditating and volunteering in her local church activities.
