ÉLAN Medical Aesthetics
Founded in 2021 by Emilia L. Alvarez (formerly Alvarez-Negron), “ELAN” Elements of Health LLC, was born out of a heartfelt vision to establish a family-driven company that seamlessly blends Emilia’s comprehensive education and training with the varied talents of her family and friends. Emilia foresaw a unique venture embracing a holistic approach to health and human services, incorporating diverse fields such as medicine, therapy, cosmetology, nutrition, education, sports, physical fitness, fashion, and design.
The concept of ÉLAN was beautifully encapsulated in its logo—a Tree—symbolizing the growth and interconnectedness of each branch of health and human service lines that complement each other harmoniously. Under the overarching umbrella of ÉLAN, each branch is nurtured to flourish, representing the diverse elements of health Emilia aimed to integrate. Interestingly, what started as an acronym for Emilia’s initials also resonated with myriad meanings across different cultures, embodying notions like “Tree of Life,” “energy,” “style,” “flair,” “panache,” and “enthusiastic confidence” – qualities that are synonymous with Emilia and the ethos she imparts to ÉLAN.
Initially focusing on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV vitamin infusions, and weight loss, ÉLAN Medical Aesthetics quickly carved a niche with its targeted services designed to enhance wellbeing and personal confidence.

Driven by the goal of transforming adult lives of all ages, Emilia and the dedicated ÉLAN team have embraced new service areas. Building on the original four treatments, there is now a house esthetician and newly incorporated treatments utilizing cutting-edge technology that adds the ability to provide a multimodal approach to skincare, collagen, and elastin regeneration. These offerings aim to prevent, restore, restructure, and maintain the beautiful features often diminished by the natural aging processes. These services include but are not limited to skin tightening, cellulite/scar reduction, and collagen and elastin rebuilding with Scarlet SRF Microneedling. Additionally, ÉLAN’s comprehensive menu includes Aquafacials, hair restoration solutions with AquaFirmeXS, PRP for hair restoration and facial aesthetics, PDO Threads, Sculptra, PRX Derm Perfexion; a topical collagen biostimulator, multiple options for eyelash enhancements, eyebrow tinting, permanent enrichments (Nano brows) waxing, and more.
